The man in this picture is an avid tennis fan and when Chris Evert lost her diamond bracelet, designed by George Bedewi, during the US Open in 1978, he was inspired by this bracelet's classical and timeless style. Intrigued by this impeccable yet unpretentious style, he decided to create his own line of tennis bracelets made of affordable premium diamonds.

That little girl on the left standing in front her father is me – the creator and owner of Dcentral Wonder. My father had a vision 40 years ago to bring high quality tennis bracelets to everyone at an affordable price. He dreamed to cut the middleman and run exclusively online, so that everyone can enjoy the privilege of high-grade tennis bracelets. Now that he is gone, I am proud to say that I am continuing & realising his legacy and passion.

What is a tennis bracelet?

Tennis bracelets are delicate, classy bracelets with a symmetric pattern of diamonds. They are also simply known as diamond bracelets. Traditionally, it was a gold bracelet fully set with connected diamonds. These days, however, there are countless variations in precious metals and settings. The thickness, too, can vary, with the possibility to choose between a thick or thin gold bracelet with smaller or larger diamonds.

Where does its name come from?

The name ‘tennis bracelet’ refers to professional tennis player Chris Evert who was highly successful between 1972 and 1989. She lost her diamond bracelet, designed by George Bedewi, during the US Open in 1978. The closure of the bracelet snapped, causing the bracelet to go missing. Evert promptly asked to suspend the game until her diamond bracelet was found. As of that day, this diamond bracelet was called a tennis bracelet. Many tennis celebrities today, such as Serena Williams, wear tennis bracelets as well.

Incidentally, the pausing of the game had no negative impact on the outcome. Evert, second on the world ranking, won the tournament for a fourth time.

Please note that due to high volume of orders, we take 3-5 business days to process all orders. An email with tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

Upon receiving your shipping confirmation, please allow 2-4 business days for tracking information be to activated. This is to allow your parcel to be scanned through the first customs check point.

How secure is your site?

Dcentral Wonder™ processes payments using the PayPal payment gateway. PayPal is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously, all payments are verified by PayPal to prevent fraud.

Can I amend my order?

We work super quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “complete order” but after this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds if you had a change of mind, or made an error on your purchases. Our Exchanges and Returns policy is available to customers prior to checkout page.  

When will I receive my order confirmation email or tracking number?

Order confirmation email will be sent to you after you have made a purchase from us and your payment is confirmed/successful. Shipping confirmation email is usually sent out in 2-3 business days after we have processed and shipped out your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation or shipping confirmation email for your order, it's likely they could have been marked as spam or you might have mistyped your email address. Some email providers may mark our emails as spam or completely block them. Check your spam folder for emails about your order and make sure to add our emails to your safe list. You can also send us an email at dcentralwonder@gmail.com with your order number/ details and we will be able to check for you.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We adhere to a strict store policy and do not allow returns or exchanges for all sales. However, if you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to email us directly on our website, so we may resolve your issue with the product.

We also do not accept returns or provide refunds if you had a change of mind, or made an error on your purchases. Our Exchanges and Returns policy is available to customers prior to checkout page.

What if I received a faulty item?

We are terribly sorry if this has happened. We would like to sort out any faults immediately. If you need to exchange the faulty item for the same item, send us an email through Contact Us tab.

As soon as you discover a fault, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of receiving your parcel) via ‘Contact Us’ on our website. If 3 days have gone by since your product receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement.

Where will my order be shipped from?

We have fulfilment centres across the globe in Asia, US and Australia.

Why have I not received my refund (if applicable)?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take up to 10 business days before your refund appears on your bank statement.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at immediately.

What should I do if I have provided the incorrect shipping details?

Please contact us immediately if you noticed that your shipping details are incorrect. 
Note that we are unable to allow any amendments once your parcel has been dispatched.

Should your parcel be returned to sender, please note that we will be required to pass on a subsidised reshipping postage fee of US$5 (per item). Do ensure you update us via email with the correct and complete address as soon as you can.

Will I have to pay for additional taxes or duties on my order?

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes applicable to your order.

Please be aware that Dcentral Wonder™ does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by us, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

Why hasn't my discount been applied to the full order?

Please note that active discount codes do not apply to sale items that have been further reduced. Discount code only applies to regular and non-sale items.

Processing Time

The order processing time might take up to 3 days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you.   


In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by the customs, that, unfortunately, we can’t control. We seek your patience and understanding should this happen.  

Separate Shipments

We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages. This is mainly caused by different supply warehouse’s locations. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

Do I need to pay custom fees?

In most cases, customs fees do not apply but you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). Unfortunately, Dcentral Wonder has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
